RETURN POLICY

If for any reason the Client is not satisfied with an order, the watch can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, or Refund within 28 days of the order’s delivery date. For the return request you must send an e-mail to info@bulganeri.com

Return Instructions

• The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by BULGANERI. If the return is shipped using a different courier, all associated costs will be at the Client’s expense.

• Size/Color Exchange – The watch can be exchanged only when a different size or a different color of the same watch is available. The new watch will be eligible for return through the same return procedure.

• Refund – Refunds will be processed as soon as the returned watch has been checked and accepted by BULGANERI.

• The watch must be returned in its original wooden box, which must not be damaged and/or altered, or used as the external parcel for the shipment.

• In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise received by the Client, we invite the Client to immediately contact info@bulganeri.com. BULGANERI reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for a full refund of shipping and importation fees.

• BULGANERI reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized (sent by a different courier than that provided by BULGANERI) and/or not sent in accordance with what is indicated in the email with the return instructions. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.

• For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
